MODULES

Dotted along each of the four Time Lines is a series of  mask-like modules representing the state of the traveler as he or she sheds the costumes, props, methods, and states of mind required by their everyday home and work lives, and takes on more and more of that traveler's or vacationer's state of mind, a stripping down and streamlining process that increases as they approach final departure towards destinies unknown.  These modules protrude just enough from the walls to be able to show a different set of colors to those departing than to those arriving.  Leaving from home into the "wild blue yonder", the colors will go from drab to bright and hectic.  Those returning, hopefully with renovated perspectives, will be rewarded with calmer hues that run from a refreshing and more harmonious luminosity to increasingly serene colors, so as to welcome them and assist them to decelerate, decompress, and settle back to earth.
